We act as an intermediary between you and potential lenders. We do not directly provide mortgage loans; rather, we help connect you with lenders who may offer suitable mortgage products.

Licensing and Regulation

Jordan Nunn is a licensed mortgage agent (License #M20000299) operating under Empire Mortgage Group, a licensed mortgage brokerage in Ontario, Canada. Our services are regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Promptly provide requested documentation
• Notify us of any changes to your financial situation
• Review all documents carefully before signing
• Ask questions if you do not understand any terms or conditions

No Guarantee of Approval

While we work diligently to find suitable mortgage solutions, we cannot guarantee that:

• Your mortgage application will be approved
• You will receive a specific interest rate or terms
• Any particular lender will offer you a mortgage

Mortgage approval is at the sole discretion of the lender and depends on various factors including your creditworthiness, income, property value, and lender requirements.

Fees and Compensation

For most mortgage transactions, our services are provided at no direct cost to you. We are compensated by the lender through a finder's fee or commission upon successful funding of your mortgage.

In certain circumstances (such as private mortgages, complex files, or specific lender arrangements), a broker fee may apply. Any fees payable by you will be clearly disclosed in writing before you commit to proceed.

Confidentiality
